Regional list of test centres authorised to operate within the Regional Service for the Functional Control and Regulation of Spraying Machines
Description
The Regional Service for the functional control and regulation of spraying machines used for crop protection was established by Regional Executive Decision No 841 of 10 June 2010, in implementation of Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009. The criteria for the authorisation of the test centres deemed suitable for providing the service for the functional control and regulation of sprayers, together with the methodology for providing the service itself, were defined by Regional Executive Decision No 1392 of 11 October 2010 and subsequent amendments. In implementation of this, the competent Regional Service updates the above lists. The one currently in force was approved by D.D. n. 3366 of 09/04/2019.
