Description
A targeted survey tested 3172 samples of baby leafy vegetables for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, E. coli O157 and generic E. coli. Over 99.5% of the samples tested were found to be satisfactory. When necessary, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency conducted appropriate follow-up activities. No product recalls were required.
