Site overhauls

Description

The data set contains the perimeters of site overhauls and old-law overhauls. New site overhauls and changes to existing site and overall overhauls will be approved by the construction section as part of the building permit procedure and the corresponding perimeters will be recorded or existing perimeters changed. **Purpose**: The area construction perimeters are important for the district architects of the Office for Building Permits as part of their consulting activities as well as for the granting of permits (in particular with regard to ยง 69 et seq. PBG and Art. 8 BZO). The dataset is also used for the capacity and reserve calculations of the Office for Urban Development.
