Description
Products made from measurements of the VIIRS instrument of the Soumi NPP and NOAA-20 polar satellites. NaturalRGB: near natural colour composite image designed to observe surface characteristics (e.g. snow, vegetation, bare soil) and to detect ice and water clouds during the day; NightRGB: the Night Microphysics composite image for observing the clouds, the low-level clouds are well separated on it, it is taken only at night; TrueColorRGB: In the True Colour composite image, besides the clouds, we can observe very well the atmospheric presence of various aerosols and other particles, the surface and the blooming of marine algae.
