Factors affecting workplace adaptations for people with disabilities, 2012
Description
The study is based on the American questionnaire.
In the preliminary phase, a qualitative methodology of focus groups for in-depth use and upgrading of the pilot questionnaire was also used.
The original questionnaire was upgraded with additional content that explores important factors for adapting workplaces for people with disabilities.

who work in Slovenia in the field of employment and vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities with providers of employment and vocational rehabilitation,
Rehabilitation consultants of the Employment Service of Slovenia and professional staff within the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia.
The results of the survey highlight the obstacles to the implementation of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities and the opportunities that could be used in this area in the future to ensure greater social inclusion of persons with disabilities.
