Slovenian pulse 1/2011

Description

The research questioned what impact knowledge has today on income, job security and opportunities for better employment, how much formal education helps in the work that a person performs today, how many people and in what ways they are additionally educated, what reasons lead them in this and what obstacles they face in doing so. The research again pays a lot of attention to current events in Slovenian politics. Thus, the views of the people on pension reform, on the necessity of referendum decision-making and on the possibility of determining one referendum day per year were also presented. Support for the current government was measured and compared to the former Janša. It was determined whether the trends in support of individual political parties last year continued this year.
