Social stratification and mobility in Yugoslav society 1974
Description
The purpose of the research is to describe and analyse the processes of stratification and mobility in the society of the time after the twenty-five years of the social revolution. The researchers tried to answer two key questions: (1.) whether the revolution has transformed the pre-war stratification of Yugoslav society and (2.) whether trends suggesting a gradual reduction of social disparities can be discerned.
