Description

The research includes an assessment of the situation and trust in institutions, satisfaction with democracy, the importance of democracy, what are the characteristics of capitalism and the characteristics of democracy, attitude towards elections and electoral preferences, who gained the most after the last elections, how are conflicts between different social groups expressed, protest potential or willingness to oppose the decisions of the authorities, attitude towards politics. Indicators of conservatism in positions are attitudes towards the role of women, abortion and homosexuals. The ISSP survey The role of the state repeats the list of questions about the areas for which the state should be responsible. Also included are self-assessments of left-right political orientation, political activity, media monitoring, subjective political power and influence, and an assessment of the future of democracy in the country. What does it mean to the left or right in politics, the attitude towards the multiparty system and privatisation, the ranking of countries according to the quality of life, equality before the law and the political influence that ordinary people have. Standard demographic issues are included.
