Description
The purpose of the research is to examine development potentials, innovative actors and support institutions (such as incubators and technology parks), how they are shaped in a given region, how they cooperate and communicate with each other, especially in terms of knowledge transfer and working on joint projects, and what role civil society and NGOs play in this regard. The theoretical assumption is that the density of these organisations is important for the formation and diffusion of social capital. Civil society (non-governmental) organisations can be directly or indirectly involved in local development projects.
