Importance of outsourcing activities in the formulation of an organisation's development policy, 2015

Description

The purpose of the study is to examine the characteristics of outsourcing activities in the field of logistics and IT services and the importance of such outsourcing. the way in which business processes are managed when designing the development policy of an organisation. The aim of the research is to identify the essential semantic characteristics, effects and influences of external carrying out activities per organisation, and more specifically at Pošta Slovenije; identify short- and medium-term business strategies of organisations in different sectors of the economy focusing on the outsourcing of logistics and IT services; to determine what the expected future market potential of Pošta Slovenije is and which industries are showing the greatest possible perspective and the need to adapt the business model and possibly redefine development policies; determine which segment or criterion/characteristic is within the scope of logistics or IT services to organisations of higher importance; determine the reasons why organisations were/would be willing to cooperate with Pošta Slovenije in the future and determine the share of organisations, who refuse to cooperate with Pošta Slovenije.
