Analysis of the state of psychosocial risks in workplaces in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises

Description

The research represents a quantitative part of the methodological approach of a larger research study in which focus groups and in-depth interviews were carried out. The main purpose of the study is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of psychosocial risk factors in workplaces in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The study focuses on six problem axes: stress, burnout, presenteeism, absenteeism, turnover and the issue of reconciling work and family life. The starting assumption of the study is that it makes sense to address these areas in a holistic and interconnected way, as they are closely interlinked and complementary.
