The impact of organisational learning and process orientation on the performance of operations in Malaysian companies 2005

Description

The purpose of the research was to explore the process of organisational learning (OU) and its relationship with business performance (UP) and to determine which performance indicators are the most important. For this purpose, data were obtained from 300 Malaysian companies employing more than 100 people.
