Sociological Aspects of Migration of Slovenian Workers to Germany
Description
The project of sociological study of the migration of Slovenians in Germany consisted of a survey of expatriates in 1974, corresponding to them Couples of Slovenian citizens who did not move to Germany and groups of returnees to their homeland in 1976. With the help of the Parov questionnaire, the researchers collected comparative data from a group of domestic and returnees who were previously interviewed, so the questionnaire contains most of the questions that can also be found in the questionnaire for returnees and expatriates, except those related to specific experiences related to stay in Germany. The main themes are: work and satisfaction with work, occupation and earnings, career progression, material situation, housing status and living and family conditions.
