The novelty of the latest research is in the approach to the analysis of life paths, such as migration history, occupational history, changing housing conditions, etc. In addition, established indicators of quality of life in the areas of work and employment, housing and the living environment, health, knowledge and educational opportunities, child and social care, leisure use are given. The current equipment of the apartment and the housing standard, ownership and characteristics of living conditions, as well as the estimated satisfaction with housing conditions are described. The property status of the household is recorded. The part on the living environment comprises an inventory of accessible services and facilities in the immediate vicinity. The structure of the household, the problems and the upbringing of children are covered. There are detailed questions about health, problems, diseases, health habits, treatment, smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages, and nutrition. In addition, there are questions about employment, working conditions, earnings, attitude to superiors, distribution of working time. Leisure time includes spending holidays, a list of leisure activities and satisfaction and obstacles in spending free time, activity in societies. Respondents report if they have been the victim of theft or violence. The questionnaire concludes with a general assessment of living conditions and a sense of hopelessness. Demographic issues include gender, marital status, education, mother's and father's own and profession, year of birth, size of place and region.
