Demographic data on the respondent’s father and mother, such as occupation, nationality and education, suitable for analysis of social origin, social stratification and mobility are covered. This is followed by migration data. The current equipment of the apartment and the housing standard, ownership and characteristics of living conditions, as well as the estimated satisfaction with housing conditions are described. The chapter on the living environment comprises an inventory of accessible services and facilities in the immediate vicinity; disturbances and ecological living conditions. This is followed by a detailed household composition, an assessment of interpersonal relationships, the number and extracurricular activities of children, the method of childcare, the elderly, and the profession and education of the partner. Questions on carrying out household tasks such as cooking, shopping and cleaning, as well as maintenance, have been added. There are detailed questions about health, problems, illnesses, accidents, health habits, treatment, quality of health services, questions about smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages. The topic ends with questions about knowledge, fear and attitudes towards ways of preventing AIDS. Below is a short section on the types and amount of nutrition. The next chapter on working career asks about promotion and personal employment history, unemployment, finding another job. In addition, there are questions about employment, working conditions, earnings, attitude to superiors, distribution of working time. Respondents report on the economic situation and wealth of their own household and on saving habits. Leisure time includes spending holidays, a list of leisure activities and satisfaction, obstacles to engaging in desired activities, activity in societies. In the chapter Social Impact, respondents report their own public activity and membership in political and self-governing organisations. Social networks are described through links and characteristics of up to five persons of importance to the respondent and informal sources of assistance. In the end, they evaluate the conditions of life in general and the improvement compared to 5-6 years ago. Demographic issues include gender, marital status, education, occupation, year of birth, religion, size of place and region.
