Formation of cultural policy in Slovenia
Description
The starting point of the research is the assertion that the power between individual public policy sub-states in public policy-making processes is not balanced. Therefore, the main goal of the research was to determine which public policy subordinate possesses the greatest power in these processes. The latter depends on the possibility of controlling, controlling and monopolizing a variety of power factors. Empirical results only partially confirm the initial claim. The question of whether the control, control and monopolisation of certain power factors is more important than others remains unanswered. The data obtained, especially those that show the discrepancy between the number and degree (possibility) of controlling, controlling and monopolizing the factors of power of the official public policy subordinate and its power in the processes of shaping cultural policies, merely indicate the possibility that some factors of power are more important than others.
