Creativity and Discovery of Talented People
Description
The purpose of the research was
to highlight the problem of discovering and developing talents, its most
the direct purpose was to refine the questionnaire before placing it on a wider scale
of republican use. We put a lot of emphasis on the individual and
its social environment. In the preliminary phase, we conducted a pre-test on
talent as an instrument for general use, which was first tested in
students of FSPN. In the next phase, we upgraded the research, using
Talent Discovery Questionnaire, Career Choice Survey and Test Battery
There is information about talents. The analysis was done on Zois.
eighth graders in 1988. In the 1990s, I was interviewed.
A representative sample of eighth graders. The results obtained were compared with
Zois's eighth-graders, surveyed in 1988.
