Eurobarometer 76.1

Description

This Eurobarometer survey includes the following main topics: the financial and economic crisis, the European Parliament’s energy policy, financial services, corruption, development aid and gender equality. Respondents answer questions about experiences and opinions on the purchase of financial products and services abroad and within the European Union (EU) and on awareness-raising, experiences and attitudes to infringements in the EU. The second set of questions deals with attitudes towards developing countries, the opinion on equal opportunities for women and representation of women in decision-making positions in the EU. The demographic strand includes questions about the respondent’s age, gender, citizenship, legal status, political self-determination of the left-right, occupation, education, household size, possession of a fixed or mobile phone, financial situation, social situation and use of the Internet.
