Description

Research on didactic training of higher education teachers and Studying the situation in Slovenia from the point of view of development of human resources in higher education. The aim of the study was to determine to what extent and to what extent how higher education teachers and colleagues were involved in didactic training and what are their views and experience, both in terms of training and in terms of checking pedagogical competence in election procedures in titles. The survey data obtained are a valuable source of information for studying various aspects of quality teaching activities in higher education in Slovenia.
