Differences in working conditions in science in Slovenia

Description

The purpose of the research on differences in working conditions in science in Slovenia was to check what is the scientific culture in Slovenian academic environments and where they are barriers to women's participation in scientific research. The research focuses on working conditions for scientific work, leadership and management of scientific career, and obstacles and discriminatory mechanisms in the development of careers in science. Doctors of science in Slovenia from the Researchers' Register at the Slovenian Research Agency were included in the research.
