conflicts with service users as providers (formal employers); At the beginning of 2020, there was also a
trade unionization of personal assistants (Sindikat of personal assistance). The aim of the study was to check whether the
epidemics increased pressures and conflicts, and to obtain information on protective equipment and measures
provided by contractors or the ministry.
