State Road User Satisfaction Survey
Description
The purpose of the survey was to obtain data on the characteristics of the travels made by users.
satisfaction with the service offered, awareness and opinion about the road operator and maintenance priorities; and
development of roads.
The survey was conducted in two parts. The first part - F1, was carried out among public road users, and the second part - F2,
it was carried out among business users (logistics or traffic managers). The two works cover three strands: the type of transport participation,
general assessment of the road network and familiarity with the Slovenian Roads Agency.
