HR management in the SAF: Contractual reserve, families and end of military service, 2009

Description

In the framework of the project "Human Factor in the Military System" one of the studied populations represents reserve officers of war units or those former conscripts who have completed their training at the School for Officers of the Military Units (SWAT). This population is, above all, very important. Resource for replenishment of voluntary reserve structures, as former SWITZERLAND members were as a rule, carefully selected staff from the wider structure of conscripts, who, as a rule, had higher education, have proven themselves in their environment as recognizable and potential personnel and are at the time of selection the structure of The Slovenian Armed Forces have been identified as suitable for future reserve unit commanders. In the Reserve Research Officers are particularly sensitive to those factors that are essential for understanding the Populations and defined ones that could be used to increase reserve engagement officers in the structures of contractual members of the reserve pool (PPRS) today. The main goal of the reserve officers' research is to collect relevant data that enables the client to develop appropriate strategies for the integration, retention and management of this potential personnel within the structures of the Slovenian Armed Forces.
