HR management in the SAF: Contractual reserve, families and end of military service, 2009

Description

Within the framework of the project "Management of human resources in the SAF: Contractual reserve, families and End of military service" one of the populations studied is represented by representatives of the Reserves of the Slovenian Armed Forces (PPRS). Searching for contractual reservists on the labour market, military training in addition to their first job is a rather complex process and calls for specific approaches that, in addition to monetary reward, must offer enough excitement service, additional benefits, appropriate patriotic values and the proper use of training time, The reservists offer the military their free time. The main goal of the research is to collect relevant data that enable the client to develop appropriate recruitment, retention and management strategies for contractual members of the reserve pool (PPRS).
