Description
The purpose of the research is to determine the attitude of the respondents to the current issue of the occurrence of BSE, Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, also called "mad cow disease". Above all, whether they still eat beef, about buying beef directly on the farm and the opinion of the so-called black slaughter.
