Personnel Potential Survey 1989
Description
The Human Resource Potential Survey (AKP) was launched as a research and development project in 1989 within the Institute of Sociology. The task of the research group was to develop instruments and methods for regular monitoring of labour market and employment developments, which should be adapted to the standards of the European Union.Since 1995, the survey has been called the Labour Force Survey (LFS). The survey provides internationally comparable indicators of the situation and changes in the Slovenian labour market and is also a rich source of data on the position of an individual in this market. It provides the data necessary for decision-making on economic and social issues in Slovenia.
