Signe Brander’s panoramic images of Helsinki at the beginning of the 20th century
Description
Photographer **Signe Brander** (1869-1942) photographed a series of panoramic entities in the early 20th century. Originally, individual images were viewed in the chest, but now the images have been combined into seamless panoramas.
The published images are named with the archive numbers of the original images combined with the name of the street or place. In addition, the original map clips showing the location are included. The numbering of the maps corresponds to the numbering of the images. All files are sorted in folders named by neighborhood or similar area.
