Development plan Hamm 1 — Borgfelde 11 Hamburg

Description

The planned area is located in the district of Hamm, just north of the underground station “Burgstraße”. It is bounded to the south by the Hammer Highway and to the east by the Sievekingdamm as well as the Schwarze Straße. In the west, the plan area closes with the green area along the Hohen Landwehr, in the southwest it expands to the Burgstraße. The north of the planned area is bounded by the residential development adjacent to the school plot (Flurstück 28). In total, the planned area of 43.900 m² comprises parcels 28 (school plot), 1444 (now sports centre HT16), 971 and 1687 (green area, tlw. Parking space) as well as 31, 1090, 1821, 1794 tlw. (Road traffic areas).
