Development plan Rahlstedt 96 Hamburg
Description
The Rahlstedt 96 development plan for the area of application between Timmendorfer Straße and Wolliner Straße, west of Bargteheider Straße (Wallsbek District, district 526) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Wolliner Straße-Bargteheider Straße-Kohövedstraße-Timmendorfer Straße-over the parcel 4545, east and south border of parcel 2823, southern boundary of parcels 2824 to 2836, south and west border of parcel 2837 of the landmark Alt-Rahlstedt-Timmendorfer Straße-West and north boundary of the parcel 136, western boundary of parcels 196, 200 to 203, 2596, 204, 3651, 3650 and 206 to 211, south and west boundary of the landmark Oldenfelde.
