Environmental Vision- Ecological HEN SED Waters Lines
Description
This stock contains and number of waters in Gelderland that have a very high ecological value. The provincial policy is aimed at protecting these waters. The policy distinguishes two types of ecologically important water: HEN water and SED water. This file is composed of the following map layers: 1. HEN water : water of the highest ecological level. It approaches the most natural situation. The province wants to protect this ecological value and reduce any negative influence. 2. SED water: water with a specific ecological objective. These have some human influence, but have an ecological value or can get it through a relatively small effort. However, the most natural situation for these waters is not in the offing. The province mainly wants to restore and protect the natural values. This file was adopted by the Provincial Council on 1 March 2017.
