XPlanung dataset BPL “About the Ways West”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “About the Ways West” of the municipality of Riedhausen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Mainly single-family houses are to be built, which fit into the existing, adjacent buildings of Riedhausen. This is based on the degree of structural use and the fixings for the construction design.
