Description
Together with [BIZEPS – Centre for Self-Determined Living] (http://www.bizeps.or.at/) the web app ‘Up Down Vienna’ was developed. The aim of the app is to get location-independent information about elevator malfunctions or maintenance of Wiener Linien. Particular attention was paid to the mobile display, easy operation, easy comprehensibility of the content as well as help with icons. For people with reduced mobility, this information is particularly necessary in the run-up to a trip in order to be able to plan it.
The advantages of the web-based application are that it can be used independently of the operating system without having to install it.
