B-Plan 2-089.2 2. Partial development plan with local building codes North freight station (XPlanung)

Description

Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 2-089.2 entered into force on 5 June 2015. Its scope lies in the Brühl district. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the data model XPlanung (Raster and Surrounding).
