Development plan cadastre of the city of Braunschweig
Description
The nearly 1,200 development plans of the city of Braunschweig describe the possible development of plots of land and the use of the areas to be kept free from a development in this context. The so-called “BPlan cadastre” is aimed at those who want to build, architects and all other interested parties who want to get an overview of the respective planning law. On the basis of the urban spatial data, if necessary also together with the municipal district boundaries, the circumference of all the scopes of the development plans adopted, valid and legally binding by the bodies are presented. Thus, it can be quickly determined on which areas binding planning law exists. With a simple query per click, the scope can be highlighted and the corresponding development plan can be retrieved as a PDF file and viewed for your own information purposes. A direct navigation via an address or a development plan search is also possible.
