Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Bahn site (6th change)” of the city of Schönau in the Black Forest from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Modification of the building limit and building regulations in the area of Flst. No. 281/8.
