DOM 0.25-meter grid (photogrammetric)
Description
The digital surface model (DOM) contains the height data for the earth's surface (point grid with resolution 0.25m) including vegetation and buildings. The DOM was derived photogrammetrically from the 2016 aerial photographs. The aerial images are taken with aircraft-borne, digital or analogue measurement cameras. The result is usually regular pictorial bandages arranged in stripes, in which adjacent images clearly overlap. The image associations are oriented, i.e. transformed into a common coordinate system. The orientation of the image assemblies is based on pass and link points as part of a bundle block compensation. From the oriented images, derived products such as 3D points, digital terrain models, orthophotos, etc., can be derived. The flight of 22. & June 23, 2016 took place during the leafy growing season.
