Description
1) names of administrative services provided by the Transcarpathian Customs of the SFS and its separate structural subdivisions;
2) Information on:
entities providing administrative services (name, location, mode of operation, telephone, e-mail address and website);
lists of documents required for obtaining administrative services, the procedure and method of their submission;
payment or gratuitousness of administrative services, the amount and procedure of payment (administrative fee) for paid administrative service;
terms of provision of administrative services;
results of administrative services;
possible ways to get an answer (result);
acts of legislation regulating the procedure and conditions for the provision of administrative services.
3) application forms necessary to apply for the provision of administrative services;
4) samples of filling out applications submitted for obtaining administrative services provided by the Transcarpathian Customs of the SFS;
5) information about the mode of access to the premises of the Transcarpathian Customs of the SFS, in which the reception of persons applying for administrative services, the availability of public transport, the scheme of travel;
