Development plan Eilbek 9 1st amendment Hamburg

The law on the Eilbek 9 development plan of 3 March 1980 (HmbGVBl. p. 41), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505), is amended as follows:
1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Eilbek 9 zoning plan" shall be added to the Act.
2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added:
"5. In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. Excluded from this is the plot 2339 of the Eilbek district shown in hatched form in the annex. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
