If you have any questions, please contact the function mailbox: geobasisdaten@gv.hamburg.de In the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS®), all data of the property register is merged and maintained integrated. This includes data from the former property map, the former real estate book and the border proof in ALKIS. The basis for ALKIS® is a technical concept developed by the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV) for the management of all basic data of the official surveying system (see reference). In addition, special topic areas are grouped into object type groups and stored within ALKIS as an object. These include, among other things, the delimitations of the renovation and conversion areas, references to monument protection, etc. All federal states are committed to maintaining an ALKIS basic data base according to this concept. In addition, there are country-specific data according to the data model. Data on the following object type ranges (OAB) are included in the data model: Plots/location/points, Real use, Buildings, Structures/Facilities/other information, Owners, Legal provisions/territory units/catalogues, Relief, User profiles, Migration. The OABs are further subdivided and contain, inter alia, information on addresses, owners, parcel numbers, parcel boundaries, parcel areas, border points, administrative units, waters, buildings, building blocks, road boundary lines, protected areas, land use, land estimation, number of construction load files, statutory provisions, public law procedures, topography, signatures and geographical names.
