Description
The dataset gives the contents of the ground map 1: 50,000 from North Rhine-Westphalia without leaf cuts, nationwide again. Each individual area is described upon retrieval of information from a GIS with regard to soil unit, simplified soil type, upper soil type group, dams, groundwater, soil worthy of protection, rootability, optimum corridor distance, upper soil erodibility, capillary rise of ground water, usable field capacity, field capacity, air capacity, saturated water conductivity, infiltration capability, cation exchange capacity. ecological moisture level, total filter capability, excavability, suitability for geothermal heat collectors, denitrification potential and compaction sensitivity.
