Requests for information from CTIF to CAF

Description

This table gives an overview of requests for information from the CTIF (Financial Information Processing Unit) to the CAF (Anti-Fraud Coordination): when the CTIF is validly seized of a file, it can obtain additional information about this file from the FPS Finance in accordance with Article 81, § 1, 4 ° of the AML law of 18.9.2017. CAF= SPOC Finances.
