The purchase invoice data of the municipality of Karstula includes purchase invoice data for services, equipment and supplies, investments and rents. Purchase invoice data excludes paid grants, pension payments and other payments defined as non-purchase invoices. Invoices of private traders are shown in the material under the name "business name entrepreneur". The publication of the data follows the guidelines published by the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities on opening purchase invoice data for municipalities and joint municipal authorities.
