Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Unterm Ablass” of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Designation of building plots for commercial settlements.
