Local plan adopted by Resolution No XXV/212/04 of the City Council of Opole of 29 January 2004 on the adoption of a local spatial development plan in the area of streets: Talks, Jan Sobieski and Grodzka in Opole. An integral part of the resolution is the drawing of the local plan (on a scale of 1:1000), occurring in the form of a raster with georeferenced. The local plan is an act of local law, the content of which is the arrangements concerning the use of land and the means of their development and development.
