Velvet community Lühe: Residential Park Bürgerei
Description
In Steinkirchen there is a need for new residential plots, which to a large extent
it also comes from the already resident population itself. Steinkirchen is the basic center and
performs a supply function for the municipality as well as neighbouring towns of the
Velvet community Lühe with basic central infrastructure and facilities. Also for the long-term
Safeguarding these existing facilities is necessary, needs-based and sufficient
Housing land to be made available.
Therefore, the municipality of Steinkirchen intends to use the “Wohnpark Bürgerei”
To develop residential areas to meet the short to medium-term building land needs. Total
building land is to be prepared for about 70-80 construction sites, which are demand-oriented and phased
to be unlocked.
