Plant register according to 44. BImSchV (WMS Service)
Description
Pursuant to Section 6 of the Forty-fourth Ordinance on the Implementation of the Federal Immission Protection Act (Ordinance on medium combustion, gas turbines and combustion engines — 44. BImSchV) the operator of a combustion plant shall notify the competent authority, in writing or electronically, of the intended operation of the combustion plant in accordance with Section 1(1)(1) and (3) of the Ordinance prior to the entry into service of the combustion plant, including in Appendix 1 of the 44. BImSchV provided information.
By way of derogation, the operator of an existing combustion plant shall have the combustion plant operating in writing or electronically to the competent authority by 1. In December 2023, the information contained in Appendix 1 of 44. BImSchV provided information.
Article 36(1) of the 44. BImSchV shall keep a register of information on each combustion plant to be registered in accordance with § 6 (installation register). Pursuant to Paragraph 36(4), the competent authority makes the information contained in the plant register publicly available in accordance with the provisions on access to environmental information, including via the Internet.
The LBEG complies with this publication obligation by providing the required information on the NIBIS® card server.
