Second-order floodplains - TSP

Description

The establishment of flood plains (ÜG) for second-order waters is due to observed flooding, such as in August 2002 or in the event of later rainfall events. The technical determination of the flood areas was carried out specifically for each body of water either by mapping the observations (sometimes followed by plausibility checks using the digital terrain model) or by hydrological modelling as part of the preparation of the flood prevention plan for Dresden. The interactions of the respective water body with other rivers, groundwater or sewage systems, which may also be flooding, as well as temporary constructions or protective measures (e.g. sandbag walls) or the possible misalignment of bridges, culverts or piping with flotsam were not taken into account. In accordance with Section 100(3) of the Saxon Water Act (SächsWG), the above-mentioned ÜG apply. Paragraph 72(2) and (3) of the SächsWG of 2013. These are legally stipulated ÜG. The cards are merely the "mirror image of reality". The ÜG are regularly reviewed and adjusted if necessary. The registered ÜG set the working status on 12. December 2016. The requirement for further ÜG, if any, will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Since 2 April 2013, the ÜG apply to the water systems Schullwitzbach-System, Lotzebach-System, Bartlake, Omsewitzer Graben-System, Graupaer Bach, Prohliser Landgraben/Geberbach. Since 4 November 2013, the ÜG apply to the water systems/waters Roter Graben-System, Prießnitz Oberlauf-System, Blasewitz-Grunaer-Landgraben/Koitschgraben/Leubnitzbach, Fried-richsgrundbach and Maltengraben as well as the amended ÜG for the Erlenweggraben. Since 27 June 2016, the adapted ÜG applies to the Lausenbach system (Lausenbach, Schelsbach, Seifenbach, Ruhlandgraben, Flössertgraben, Trobischgraben, Försterbach, Sauerbuschgraben, Teichkette Weixdorf with Waldbad Weixdorf). New from 12. In December 2016, the ÜG apply to the Kaitzbach system (Kaitzbach, Nöthnitzbach and Zschauke), the Weidigtbach system (Weidigtbach and Gorbitzbach) and the adapted ÜG to the Helfenberger Bach system (Helfenberger Bach, Kucksche).
