Development Plan Lurup 37 2nd Amendment Hamburg
Description
In § 2 of the Ordinance on the Lurup 37 development plan of 20 October 1970, as amended on 5 June 1984 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt 1970, page 278, 1984 page 108), the following point 3 is added:
"3. In the industrial area, exceptions are excluded for amusement arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33i of the Commercial Code, which serve the installation of gaming machines with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at depictions or acts of a sexual nature."
