Description
A construction burden is a voluntary public-law obligation of a land owner/owner of a land or a person entitled to build an inheritance for an act relevant to her/his land, toleration or omission by written declaration to the building supervisory authority.
The construction load becomes legally effective by the award of the building load sheet number and its registration in the Official Real Estate Register Information System (ALKIS) at the Landesbetrieb Geoinformation and Surveying. The descriptive details of the building loads (declarations of obligations, property map showing the construction load area, etc.) are not part of the ALKIS, but the building load register.
Information/Excerpts from the Building Load List are provided by the Landesbetrieb Geoinformation and Surveying fee.
In addition to the building loads entered in the building load register, other farm communities and other building restrictions based on the old building regulations law may exist. Information about this can only be provided by the respective building inspection department.
