Alkis — Official Property Register Information System
Description
The Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS®) is a product of the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV). In the ALKIS, the previously separately kept data of the Automated Property Book (ALB) and the Automated Property Map (ALK point file, ALK floor plan file) are integrated into an information system. Alkis is now the official real estate registry information system. Alkis is available in the download center of the HVBG (www.gds.hessen.de) in the form of WFS services and data records.
